Jozo and Joanna

We’re Jozo and Joanna— best friends who love each other deeply and believe that family is life’s greatest blessing. Our days are filled with laughter, outdoor adventures, and time spent with our family. We dream of sharing that same love, joy, and security with a child of our own.

Married in 2015, we’ve built a life together based on kindness, laughter, and a shared belief in the importance of family. Joanna is outgoing and energized by connection—she loves great conversations, being outdoors, and bringing people together. Jozo is thoughtful and calm, always putting others first, and enjoys sharing his love of fishing and nature with friends and family. Together, we balance each other and bring out the best in one another.

Family is at the heart of who we are. We adore our nieces and nephew and spend as much time as we can playing, exploring, and making memories—whether baking cookies, tobogganing, visiting the zoo, or fishing at the lake. Our home is warm and welcoming, with a nursery ready, and is right next to a playground, splash park, and beautiful walking trails. It’s the perfect place for children to grow, explore, and feel safe.

Our journey to adoption comes after trying to grow our family through IVF. Adoption has always been close to our hearts, and we’re ready to open our lives to a child who will be loved, cherished, and supported as they grow into a happy, confident adult. We’re so excited for the day we get to share our home, our adventures, and our hearts with them.
