Josh & Brooke​

We are Josh, Brooke and Lainey! We live a life full of love, laughter, commitment and
adventure. You can find us out in the garden, hanging with our fuzzy cows, camping,
swimming, road trips, attending community events, spending time with friends/family
and enjoying our farm.

Josh can be described as steady, quiet, honest, patient, kind and safe. He is a
hardworking journeyman welder/millwright working for the local forestry mill. Brooke can
be described as genuine, kind, loving, funny and compassionate. She is a Recreation
Therapist passionate about providing meaningful leisure opportunities for seniors in continuing care.

Adoption holds deep meaning for us, not only because it is within both of our families,
but it now plays a beautiful and central part in our own. In May 2024 we were incredibly
blessed to welcome our daughter through adoption via A Small Miracle – a moment that forever changed our lives and deepened our understanding of love, family and
connection. Josh himself is adopted, which we believe gives him the unique ability to
navigate any questions our children will have.

We are ready to share our love, laughter, and lives with another child, and we look
forward to the joy they will bring to our family.
