Matt & Angela

Hi, we are Matt & Angela Firman.

We began our life together in 2010 and married in 2015, and in that time, we've built a life rooted in love and so much laughter. Angela works as a Team Lead, she is kind, compassionate, and has a heart that naturally cares for others. Matt is a Heavy Haul Truck Driver with ATCO Gas. He is dependable, patient, and someone who shows love through loyalty, hard work, and always putting family first.

We live on an acreage just outside of Sherwood Park, where our little Funny Farm of animals fills our days with mix of chaos, comedy, and constant motion. With 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 goats, and 2 pigs, we’ve built our own tiny ecosystem. Each species brings its own brand of mischief. It’s endless chores, yes – but also endless stories, surprises, and those quiet moments where you look around and think, “This is ridiculous… and I love it.” We can’t wait to share our little slice of heaven with a child.

While our road to becoming parents looks different than we imagined, it has brought us here with full hearts and hope for the future. We believe in being present, showing up every day, and creating a home where a child feels safe, heard, and deeply loved with the freedom to dream big because they know they will be supported every step of the way. We want you to know that your child will grow up surrounded by endless love and encouragement. They will be raised knowing they are treasured beyond words and their beginning was shaped by your strength, your hope, and your deep love for them.
