Rebecca and Diego

We’re Rebecca and Diego, and we’ve been together since 2021 and married since 2023. From the beginning, our relationship has been built on friendship, love, and plenty of terrible puns. We balance each other well and are happiest simply doing life together.

During the week, Rebecca works as an Office Manager, where she enjoys supporting people and keeping things running smoothly. She is outgoing and curious, bringing a bright energy wherever she goes. Diego works as a Sales Representative in the construction industry. He is calm and thoughtful, often putting others first. Together, we love exploring new and old places, cheering on our local hockey team, and cozy nights at home with our beagle, Daisy, and cats, Augustus and Toby.

Family is a big part of our lives, and we’re fortunate to have ours nearby. Our time together often includes making traditional Salvadoran pupusas, visiting the family farm, hosting BBQs and game nights, and spending time with our 10 nieces and nephews. We love being the aunt and uncle who bring the fun—usually with pizza and a Mario Kart competition that Diego almost always wins!


We’re so excited to grow our family through adoption and welcome a child into our hearts and home. We hope to raise a confident, kind, and curious child who knows their story, celebrates their heritage, and feels deeply loved for exactly who they are. We are open to maintaining a connection with their birth family through photos, letters, and ongoing communication, and deeply respect the important role they will always have in their child’s life. Most of all, we want to create a home filled with encouragement, belonging, and an abundance of love.
